Celebrate the Fall Equinox at Sycamore Commons! We will gather on Saturday September 22 at 4:00 pm on the labyrinth for a ritual of prayers, songs, readings and circle dance on the themes of abundance, gathering and balance. Potluck to follow. A casual drop-in for those interested in trying out new games or teaching one of their favourites! Games typically run 30-60 minutes, with plenty of opportunities to mix and match throughout the night. New player friendly environment with games onsite as well as 'cagey veterans' willing to lend a hand, see you at the tables. 🙂
The Friends of the Library hold a Book Drive on the fourth Thursday of every month from 10-noon at the Library to collect book donations from the community. These books are sold to raise funds for library services and initiatives.
